For the last 10 years, Jose Alvarado served as a Business Representative with The San Diego Labor’s Union Local 89. He is also an experienced auditor who is responsible for financial reports, a pension Trust Fund Trustee and he volunteered member of the National City Traffic and Safety Committee.
