Roberta Winston began her legal career in the chambers of a District Court Judge in Las Vegas as his judicial law clerk, assisting with civil and criminal matters.

Since then she has been a practicing attorney in San Diego for 32 years. The first 12 years of her career I worked as a litigator in a variety of practice areas including personal injury, products liability, construction defect, insurance bad faith and contractual disputes.
