Kristie Bruce-Lane earned a bachelor’s degree in nutritional science and a bachelor’s degree in crop science with a minor in biotechnology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 1997. As of her 2022 campaign, Bruce-Lane served as a director on the board of the Olivenhain Municipal Water District. She was elected to the office in 2020.[1]
