Encinitas Measure H, a marijuana commercial zoning and regulation measure, was on the ballot as an initiative in Encinitas on November 3, 2020.

A “yes” vote supports specified zoning for and regulation of marijuana retail, cultivation, product manufacturing, and distribution in Encinitas.

A “no” vote opposes this measure’s specified zoning for and regulation of marijuana retail, cultivation, product manufacturing, and distribution in Encinitas, thereby leaving municipal marijuana restrictions in place.

A simple majority was required for the approval of Measure H.
