Rudy Ramirez was not rated unacceptable by the San Diego County Democratic Party. He was recommended to be rated unacceptable in a highly contentious South Area Caucus meeting. The San Diego County Democratic Central Committee (its governing board) never considered this recommendation – no vote was taken to rate Rudy Ramirez unacceptable.
The Voice of San Diego article supposedly referenced in this mailer did not claim that the San Diego County Democratic Party rated Rudy Ramirez unacceptable, it instead state:

The article was correct in its interpretation of events. This mailer misquotes the article.
